My services include Reflexology, Auriculotherapy, and CranioSacral Therapy. Together we will determine which one or more of these therapies will best meet your needs.

Reflexology is the application of pressure to certain points in the feet and hands ("reflex points") that correspond to specific organs and glands. By stimulating these points with thumb and finger pressure, the body is encouraged through the central nervous system to increase oxygen, blood circulation, and lymphatic movement – thus relieving pain and improving health. Reflexology has been proven effective for the treatment of arthritis, diabetes, planter fasciitis (foot pain), lymphedema, headaches, and other painful conditions.

Auriculotherapy is the application of pressure to specific points (“auricular points”) on the ears that correspond to organs, glands, and systems of the body. Stimulation of these auricular points fosters increased oxygen and blood circulation which results in decreased pain and overall healing.

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle form of manipulation of the soft tissues and bones of the head (cranium) to correct the flow of spinal fluid down its tail end (the sacral area). The practitioner manipulates the bones of the skull to treat a range of conditions including headache, ear infection, and stroke. The beneficial effects of craniosacral therapy can be enhanced when combined with reflexology and/or auriculotherapy.
